A toolkit, a bus fare, or a full cycle for a squad member.
The thing that stops people competing is almost never ability. It is a bus fare, or a set of tools they do not own.
Where it goes
- ৳4,000 — travel and one night’s accommodation for a competitor at a divisional heat
- ৳18,000 — a personal hand tool kit a competitor keeps afterwards
- ৳90,000 — consumables for one skill at one divisional heat
- ৳7,50,000 — one squad member for a full international cycle
Travel grants are assessed on distance and need, not on how likely someone is to win.
