Watch someone work for three days before you hire them.
An interview tells you how someone talks about their work. A competition hall tells you how they do it.
Set the task
Join the employer panel for a skill. You review the test project before it is finalised, which is how the training system starts producing what you actually need.
Recruit
Walk the hall on employer day. Competitor profiles are shared in advance with consent. Around two thirds of medallists are hired within a month.
Release a competitor
If one of your staff is in the squad, release them for camp. It costs you eight to twelve days and it comes back as a better technician.
